This annual training is a very important piece of MWC's overall safety program. This training, combined with ongoing field reinforcement, safety audits, near miss and good catch reporting adds to the effectiveness of the company's safety management program.

Keeping track of and utilizing information from the areas listed above, helps the safety team direct their emphasis on areas of weakness. For example a near miss involving rigging will trigger actions to highlight this area for all crews. That action may be a toolbox talk, additional training or a complete safety stand down, depending upon the seriousness of the near miss.

The safety of the company's work force is very important. A safe and healthy work force has the highest productivity. A big thanks to the entire safety team and our employees.
